40 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 40 to 70 years old; 2. have at least one vascular risk factor according to Famingham stroke risk profile;3.Written informed consent was obtained from all patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. contraindications to MRI and stable condition to undergo an MRI exam; 2. have a history of stroke; 3. other CNS disease, such as tumor,infection,demyelinating diseases and neurodegenrative disease.
