Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants voluntary to participate in clinical trials must be fully understand the test content and possible adverse reactions, and signed informed consent; 2. Age >=18 years; 3. Patients who have definite infective symptoms and signs, with multi-drug resistant Gram positive bacteria severely infected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients concommitant with renal failure who need peritoneal dialysis, hemodialysis or hemofiltration.
