Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: According to The draft of pulmonary embolism diagnosis and treatment guidelines published by the respiratory branch society of The Chinese Medical Association, PE can be diagnosed if it meets any of the following: 1. pulmonary angiography shows contrast agent filling defect or blocked blood flow; 2. Radionuclide lung ventilation / perfusion scan, V / Q does not highly match; 3. CT pulmonary angiography (CTPA) shows filling defect in the cavity; 4. The diagnosis can be made if there was clear risk factors, combined with the related clinical manifestations, signs, electro- cardiogram, echocardiography, both lower extremities ultrasound, chest X-ray, lung CT, blood gas analysis and D-dimer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All the patients with PE were researched!
