Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.the adult Chinese people examined by routine physical examination include clinical examination by neurologist, laboratory tests, Chest X-ray, Abdominal ultrasonography, without signs and symptoms of of the nervous system diseases; 2. no absence of drug abuse, holism history; without long-term use of drugs that can affect the nervous system; 3. without family genetic disease; 4. Without Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular and central nervous system diseases.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Exist of brain lesions during MRI scans; 2. Find out diseases of the nervous system and family genetic disease; 3. Find the absence of drug abuse, lcoholism history and long-term use of drugs that can affect the nervous system; 4. The MRI image that don't accord with the standard of the research.
