18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy; 2. Aged 18-55 years; 3. BMI 18.5~27.5Kg/m2; 4. ASA class 1-2; 5. Heart function 1-2 grade, 1-2 grade classification of lung function; 6. Surgery pneumoperitoneum pressure control for 12mmHg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Converted to open laparotomy midway; 2. Subcutaneous emphysema, pneumothorax, hypercapnia patients; 3. Patients with lung diseases such as emphysema and chronic bronchitis; 4. Patients with heart disease.
