Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients who receive tracheal intubation general anesthesia for selective abdominal laparoscopic surgery (requires at least three pod cards); 2) ASA I-II; 3) Aged 18 to 60 years old hospitalized patients, men and women are not limited (but into the process as far as possible to maintain a balanced); 4) voluntary test, signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) patients who do not have full civil capacity; 2) patients with important organ dysfunction before surgery; 3) long-term use of hormones, mental or opioid patients; 4) arrhythmia (non-sinus rhythm or with pacemaker, degree I above the atrioventricular block, atrial fibrillation, etc.) affect the P-P interval of patients; 5) patients who routinely take ß-blockers before surgery; 6) long history of alcoholism; Hypertensive patients (preoperative medication or regular medication, but there are still three days before the systolic blood pressure> 160mmHg)
