Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: We will collect and record the follow-up data from each into-group colorectal cancer patients,who cames from the 40-70 cases that grouped by pathological diagnosis of phase I, II, III to surgery. Capture and identify circulating tumor cells in colorectal cancer through Canpatrol TM second generation CTC technology, which is a novel CTC capture and identification technology. And using RNA ISH method to detect the quantitative expression of single target gene. The data of express quantity will be statistical analyzed according to the internal gene expression. Through Image J software, analysis the fluorescent signal of high, medium and low internal gene expression from a large number of CTC samples,and set the different gene expression intensity of fluorescence signal distribution areas. After analyzing the purpose gene fluorescence signal of CTC samples to be detected by Image J software,the purpose gene expression intensity analysis can be taken with high, medium and low internal gene fluorescence signal distribution area for reference.After that, track patients, and analyze the relapse metastasis differences of patients with the different expression.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: colorectal cancer patients of phase IV
