Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with Papillary Thyroid Microcarcinoma plan to have operation for the first time; The maximum diameter of tumor is less than 1cm; Between the ages of 18 and 80 years; Patients with CN0.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Thyroid secondary surgical patients; Non-thyroid papillary carcinoma; Preoperative examination showed non-cn0 patients;
