Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Determine the type 2 diabetes mellitus, fasting blood glucose (FBG) was higher than 7mmol/L, glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c5%), the FBG and HbA1c of control group were normal.The protein was detected to be negative in urine; 2) Aged from 50 to 85 years old; 3) No severe disease as shown in the exclusion criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) With severe disease history, such as stroke, epilepsia, cephalagra, Alzheimer's disease, psychiatric disease or drug tapering; 2) Severe renal disease; 3) Have general surgery or local surgery in the last 6 month; 4) Patients with cancer; 5) The participants don't agree to sign the informed consent.
