Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clopidogrel Resistance patients(confirmed by verifynow and TEG); 2. Aged 30-80 years; 3. Signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Antiplatelet therapy contraindications; 2. Liver and renal function abnormalities; 3. Active bleeding.
