Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with a definite diagnose with unilateral lower limb spastic cerebral palsy; 2. patients aged 6-12 years old; 3. the muscle strength of lower limbs and waist is larger than level III; 4. ankle dorsiflexion angle not less than 5 degree, when doing knee extension; 5. patients without lower limb muscles or bones disorders and severe heart or lung disease; 6. patients with normal intelligence and cognitive function and ability to do rehabilitation training.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with progressive central neurological diseases or tumor; 2. patients with seizures; 3. patients with a history of psychiatry or mood problems; 4. patients with neurological deficiencies, such as hearing or visual loss; 5. patients fearing confined spaces; 6. patients with a head motion larger than 2.5mm translation or 2.5 degree rotation when scanning.
