Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: According to the 2010 Chinese guidelines for the management of hypertension, elderly hypertensive patients who are older than 65 years old are included. All patients are fully informed and sign informed consent, and they are recorded by the hospital ethics committee.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The patients such as severe cognitive impairment, the limited independent activity who cannot cooperate to complete evaluation and acute stage with inflammation are excluded.
