Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According with the guideline of prevention and treatment for chronic hepatitis B formulated by Chinese Society of Hepatology, Chinese Medical Association and Society of Infetious Diseases, Chinese Medical Association in 2005; 2. Aged 18-65 years old; 3. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combination of other virus hepatitis; 2. Chronic serious hepatitis; 3. Combination of the diseases of heart, kidney, lung, incretion, blood, metabolizing systems and gastrointestine or psychopath; 4. Pregnant or lactation woman.
