Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. untreated with chemotherapy of advanced breast cancer; 2. before received endocrine therapy or adjuvant chemotherapy of advanced breast cancer; 3. accept yew kind of adjuvant therapy and treatment has been completed (at least 12 months break no disease); 4. had its ehrs - 2 expression [immunohistochemical (+ + +) or Fish test (+)] has been received by single resistance to treatment. All into the group must meet the ECOG score 0 ~ 1 minute, liver and kidney and blood coagulation function did not see abnormalities.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. brain metastasis; 2. blood pressure higher than 150/100 mmHg; 3. unstable angina within 6 months or have a history of myocardial infarction or cardiac function grade II or more severe angina pectoris; 4. has a history of stroke or transient ischemic within six months; 5. obvious peripheral vascular disease; 6.
