Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients were initially diagnosed with histologically-confirmed primary Laryngeal Squamous Cell Carcinoma except for other major diseases and and previously untreated with radiotherapy or chemotherapy. 2. Patiens were verified without second primary cancer; 3. Patients agreed to participate and signed the informed consent; 4. Patients, who were detailed with clinical records, had received no treatment prior to diagnosis; 5. Patients underwent primary surgery at the Department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery of No. 1 Hospital Affiliated to Shanxi Medical University; 6. Patients were diagnosed with histologically-confirmed primary Laryngeal Squamous Cell Carcinoma except for other major diseases; 7. Patients agreed to participate and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patiens againsted the inclusion criteria.
