Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age 0-80 years old; 2. take the medicine at least one month; outpatients; take the medicine regularly; 3. the drug concentration is trough concentrations; 4. male and female; the han nationality patients; volunteer patients whose basic personal information is complete.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients whose basic personal information is uncompleted; 2. medication time is too short to the drug concentration did not reach steady state; 3. blood taking time does not meet the requirements, the patient does not agree; 4. patients who take the medicine not regularly.
