60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA 1-3; 2. Without serious heart and lung diseases, liver and kidney function damage before operation; 3. No preoperative mental disease history; 4. No history of preoperative administration of anxiolytic, antidepressant, antipsychotic drugs; 5. Expected operation time more than 4 hours; 6. More than 60 years; 7. Have good communication skills, basic language and writing skills; 8. the score is more than 23 points of mini mental state examination before anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Less than 60 years of age; 2. With heart disease and other serious disease; 3. With Psychiatry and Mental disease; 4. Adminintration of antidepressant, antianxiety and diazepam history before operation; 5. Operation time less than 4 hours; 6. Without good communication; 7. The score is lower than 23 points of mini mental state examination before anesthesia.
