18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Chinese patients of Han ethnicity; 2. Aged between 18 and 60 years; 3. female undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesiaASA I-II, BMI18.5-25Kg/m2; 4. The patients can fully understand the purpose of the study and possible adverse reactions to voluntarily participate in the experiment and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. BMI25kg/m2; 2. Diabetics; 3. hapatic,renal diseases; 4. acid-base imbalance or electrolyte disorder; 5. had neuromuscular diseases or was receiving any drugs know to affect the action of Neuromuscular blocking drugs6)Patient with difficult airway.
