Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Pediatric patients aged 1 to 10 years old; (2) The pediatric patients to accept endotracheal intubation:the surgery time >120min; (3) ASA physical status I–II; (4) Signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) BMI31kg/m2; (2) Patients with severe respiratory system, cardiovascular disease or liver and kidney disfuction; (3) Patients with asthma or airway hyperresponsivenessNeuromuscular system disease and cachexy; (4) Preoperative hemoglobin10ml/kg; (16) Other situations.
