Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. meet the primary criteria for the diagnosis of gout concurrently in intermittent period; 2. TCM syndrome differentiation of spleen kidney yang deficiency and; 3. the serum uric acid level in male >=420umol/L; female >=420umol/; 4. Aged 18 to 68 years; 5. volunteered to participate in this test and agreed to sign the informed consent in clinical research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. hyperuricemia and gout; 2. renal failure, cancer chemotherapy and / or radiation etc.; 3. serum creatinine >=133umol/L or urinary calculus; 4. the main organ function failure or severe mental illness, diseases such as cancer patients; 5. BMI above 50 or alcoholics; 6. could not tolerate this research; 7. we think are not suitable in the situation.
