Inclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. AST or ALT more than 2 times the upper limit of normal liver disease, hepatic encephalopathy, esophageal varices or history of portosystemic shunt; 6. may interfere with drug absorption, or disease history of gastrointestinal surgery; 7. known to be used in the study of a therapeutic drug allergies or contraindications; 8. nearly five years suffered from malignancies, including leukemia and lymphoma; 9. autoimmune diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus; 10. nearly five years of drug abuse or alcoholism; 11. poor adherence to treatment or medication that the patient may not be reliable; 12. affect hemodynamic significant stenosis or need carotid revascularization surgery; 13. unable or unwilling to sign an informed consent form.
