13 Years to 25 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Permanent dentine with the age between 13-25 years old; 2. The patients who need fixed orthodontic treatment in West China Hospital of Stomatology; 3. Willing to participate and sign the informed consent forms.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. active dental caries; 2. severe oral mucosa diseases; 3. using removable partial denture; 4. severe system diseases; 5. infectious diseases, inflammation, tumors; 6. antibiotic or hormone using within 1 month; 7. smokers.
