Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Every participant must sign an informed consent before participating in the trial; 2. Every patient must be newly diagnosed histologically or cytologically confirmed lung adenocarcinoma with stage IIIB, VI or small cell lung cancer; 3. Both male and female patients with aged 18 years or older, performance score ECOG 0 to 2, the expected survival >=3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No cytological or histological evidence; 2. The patients had already received chemotherapy, radiotherapy, target therapy or immune therapy ; 3. The patients with heart, lung, liver, kidney function insufficiency ; 4. The patients had previous other tumor history (except with cured cervical carcinoma in situ or local basal cell carcinoma of skin); 5. The researchers do not think that patients should participate in the trial.
