18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. They fulfill diagnostic criterias of SLE, RA, ITP without treatment of glucocorticoids; 2. They are >=18 years of age; 3. They have not received glucocorticoids three months before enrollment; 4. They have read and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients are excluded if they have got other autoimmune diseases; 2. Patients are excluded if they are taking parting in other sduties;
