postoperation pain group:Flurbiprofen 100mg
nausea and vomiting group:Granisetron 3mg
Severe itching group:Dexamethasone 10mg
intraoperative pain group:Intravenous bolus of remifentanil 20ug each time, repeated an additional bolus after 2min

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: females patients,aged between 18 and 55 yrs, Chinese Han origin, American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status I-II, body mass index 18-30kg/m2, who were scheduled to undergo hysterescopy surgery under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a history of psychiatric disease; cardiovascular, respiratory, hapatic, renal, endocrine, or immuce diseases; in addition, history of drug or alcohol abuse.
