Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) In the study period, inpatient pregnant experience either a vaginal or caesarean section delivery; (2) Mother and infant has no contraindication to breastfeeding; (3) Mother has no communication disorder; (4) Mother lives in Guangdong Province and their contact telephone number, Email or communication address is recorded.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Mother refuse to sign informed consent. (2) Mother with contraindication to breast-feeding, such as mothers with hepatitis B, active tuberculosis, HIV, breast disease, or chemotherapy. (3) There are barriers to communication with mother. (4) Baby can not suck, such as oral diseases, Apgar score of birth less than 7.
