Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Consistent with the diagnostic criteria of HBV- related acute-on-chronic liver failure in liver failure clinic guide published by Chinese Medical Association

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. combined with hepatitis A, D, E; 2. combined autoimmune hepatitis; 3. combined drug induced hepatitis.
