Conditions

HCMV infection after bone marrow transplantation surgery

Interventions

Infected group:Ganciclovir administration for 8 days before transplantatioin (500mg / day, i.v.)
Ganicclvir for 14days or until antigen negative conversion if there exists HCMV infection (500mg/day, ivgtt, bid).
No infection group:The patients were divided into infection or control group based on the difference of HCMV pp65 in peripheral blood.

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for enrollment of patients were follow-up regularly more than 3 months after transplantation in our hospital and written informed consent.
