Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Group of OSAHS with hypertension: AHI (Apnea Hypopnea Index): 5-30/h, diagnosis by PSG; ESS (Epworth somnolence scale) more than 9; BP higher than 140/90mmHg. Group of control: AHI less than 5/h and ESS less than 7; BP lower than 140/90mmHg without hypertension history.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient complicates acute pneumonia, asthma, otitis media, COPD, pulmonary interstitial diseases, bronchiectasis, active tuberculosis, or malignant tumor; 2. The patient complicates other sleep disorders: central sleep apnea, relapsing disease, paroxysmal nocturnal sleep, sleep periodic leg, restless leg syndrome, or other neuromuscular disorders (such as polio myasthenia gravis, epilepsy, etc.); 3. The patient complicates psychiatric alcohol or sedative drug abusers; 4. 2 weeks there a history of upper respiratory tract infection (acute sore throat acute rhinitis).
