18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. the age between 18 and 60 years; 2. Consistant with the diagnosis of POAG; 3. BCVA>0.5 with spherical refraction between -6.0 and +3.0 diopters and cylinder correction between -3.0 and +3.0 diopters.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of intraocular disease (e.g., cataract, diabetic retinopathy or retinal vein occlusion, retinoschisis, age-related macular degeneration), or systemic disease (e.g., diabetes mellitus, hypertension); 2. A history of ocular or refractive surgery; 3. Neurologic diseases that could affect the visual field (e.g., hypophysoma); 4. Poor OCT images quality.
