18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-80 years old patients with grade II hypertension; 2. hypertension sudden onset, short duration or rapid development; 3. The progressive or uncontrolled hypertension; 4. The deterioration of renal function after ACEI treatment; 5. The hypertension associated with low back or flank pain; 6. The hypertensive patients with recurrent pulmonary edema; 7. And with a history of smoking, atherosclerosis with coronary artery, carotid artery, cerebral artery and peripheral artery; 8. check abdominal vascular murmur can be heard; 9. The hypertension but no family history of hypertension. Or 1. The hypertension with hypokalemia; 2. hypertension with adrenal adenomas; 3. The hypertension or family history of cerebrovascular disease; 4. The hypertension and first-degree relatives with primary aldosteronism. Or 18-65 years old, three or more antihypertensive drugs including diuretics, SBP=160mmHg and / or DBP=100mmHg (type 2 diabetic patients with SBP=150mmHg and / or DBP=95mmHg), 24 hours ambulatory blood pressure (SBP/DBP)=140 and / or 90mmHg.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: In the past 6 months with cerebrovascular and cardiovascular events, patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus, CKD3 and above and other serious organic disease, renal diameter<6cm, secondary hypertension caused by pregnancy, because of other reasons, lactation or plan to pregnant women, to intervene therapy.
