the group without respiratory distress syndrome:take 2ml venous blood in the first or the third or the seventh day after birth

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. newborns of elective cesarean section; 2. Meet admission standards of the newborn.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The maternal or the newborn after birth who has the treatment history of glucocorticoid, or the newborn who has severe deformity, chromosome abnormalities, congenital adrenal hyperplasia and the admission time age more than 3 days.
