Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. COPD was diagnosed according to the Global Initiative for Obstructive Lung Disease (GOLD) guidelines; 2. All of the patient have no other disease except of COPD; 3. The control was matched with the patient in age, sex, habitation, et al; 4. All of the participant agree to take part in the test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Some disease such as bronchiectasis, tuberculosis and pulmonary cyst, et al. 2. The participants have no genetic disease such as diabetes, hypertension, tumor, et al.
