Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: According to the WHO diagnostic criteria for coronary heart disease, the diagnosis is established after the inclusion criteria: 1. Previously diagnosed had a heart, a clear chest tightness, chest pain history; 2. Determine preoperative ECG myocardial ischemia (ST segment level or lower in criteria for the diagnosis of down oblique, with one of the following conditions: (1) two or more simultaneous ECG and ST segment depression were> 0.05mV; (2) ST segment depression I> 0.1mV; (3) ST segment depression associated with coronary T wave emergence), excluding low voltage limb leads. 3 contains two or more risk factors for coronary heart disease, high cholesterol, smoking history (greater than 10 years); 4. with above more than two or more items, can be included in the trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients known allergy to lidocaine; clinically severe vascular or lung disease; diabetes; having any head and neck disorders and affect lidocaine absorber; associated with coronary heart disease in addition to serious disease affecting life outside persons; there symptomatic orthostatic hypotension or supine blood pressure of only 90 mmHg or less; systolic blood pressure at or above 200 mmHg, diastolic blood pressure at or above its 105 mmHg or two standard reached by; creatinine levels above the upper limit of normal two-fold; alanine aminotransferase or aspartate aminotransferase greater than 2 times the upper limit of normal persons.
