Interventions

A:ingect intravenously parecoxib 40mg10-30 minutes, ingect intravenously saline 0.9% solution (NS) after gallbladder removed
B:intravenous saline 30-45 minutes before induction, ingect intravenously parecoxib 40mg after gallbladder removed
C:intravenous saline 30-45 minutes before induction, ingect intravenously saline 0.9% solution (NS) after gallbladder removed

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients aged over 18 with ASA physical status I and II who were scheduled to undergo elective cholecystectomy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those patients were excluded with abnormal preoperativ tests, including liver and kidney function, blood coagulation anomaly et al, Serious drug allergy history or sulfonamide drug allergy, hypertension or diabetes mellitus, ulcer history or gastrointestinal tract hemorrhage history,inflammatory bowel disease,NSAIDS or opioids intake in three months, serious trauma, infection and heart cerebrovascular disease.
