Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Favorable-histology Wilms tumor patients with stage IIIA confirmed by pathology at initial diagnosis; 2. Patients aged <=18 years old; 3. Informed consent is required and signed by guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with relapsed Wilms tumor; 2. patients Older than 18 years old; 3. Patients with other tumors and previously received chemotherapy and abdominal irradiation; 4. Contralateral nephropathy, for example nephrotic syndrome; 5. Patients with heart, cerebral and renal failure.
