Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Newly diagnosed childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia; 2) Age<=18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Mature B-lineage acute lymphoblastic leukemia; 2) Receive chemotherapy by other institution outside of Shanghai Children's Medical Center.
