Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Correspond to WHO diagnostic criteria on CHD; 2. Have had history of myocardial infarct in the past or have been confirmed by coronary artery angiography that stenosis=50% in at least one coronary artery; 3. Clinical presentation includes asymptom, stable angina pectoris of effort, other types of angina pectoris; or ACS patients of disease course>1 mon and of stable condition; 4. Age =75 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have history of infection, fever, trauma, empyrosis and surgery in latest one month; 2. Patients with active tuberculosis or disease of rheumatism and immunity; 3. Patients with severe heart failure, EF2.5mg/dl(221µmol/L) in males and >2.0mg/dl(177umol/L) in female; 7. Confirmed hepatic disfunction, measures of basic hepatic enzyme increase more than three times higher than normal range or combined with hepatic cirrhosis; 8. Severe disease of hematopoietic system; 9. Patients of severe mental disorder; 10. Patients of malignant tumor; 11. Patients with organs transplantation; 12. Patients with life expectancy shorter than 3 years.
