41 Years to 74 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Men or women; diagnosed with EH, confirmed with two or more times BPs, SBP>140mm Hg or DBP >90mm Hg; never received antihypertensive therapy before; with entire 6 weeks of clinical follow up date and blood sample.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Secondary hypertension, heart failure, myocardial infarction, stroke, renal or liver dysfunction, malignant tumor or taking any medication that would further affect BP during CCBs monotherapy.
