Inclusion criteria: 1. Giant nevus; 2. Large area full thickness skin damage; 3. Having signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With heart disease, the assembly of persons with heart pacemakers; 2. Pregnant woman; 3. With ulceration, or infection in the treatment area;
