20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 1200 pregnant women with one baby who visit our hospital will be included in the observation group; 2. 300 non-pregnant women who visit our hospital at the same time will be included in the control group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnant women who are older than 40 or younger than 20; 2. women with family history or past history of thyroid disease; 3. women who are taking drugs that affect thyroid function; 4. women who are suffering from other autoimmune diseases; 5. women with positive thyroid autoantibodies; 6. women with abnormal thyroid examination or B ultrasound examination.
