Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: This study was a prospective, single registry specifically designed to determine the relation between platelet reactivity, blood coagulation state and subsequent clinical events in patients with acute myocardial infarction treated with aspirin and clopidogrel after successful drug-eluting stent implantation. We enrol1ed 57 ACS patients at our hospitals. All the patients at our hospital successfully treated with one or more drug-eluting stents approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The patients who adequately loaded with aspirin and clopidogrel were eligible for enrollment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The only major exclusion criteria were the occurrence of a major complication during the procedure or before platelet function testing, or if bypass surgery was planned after PCI.
