18 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age=18 years old;2. Diagnosed with stroke according to the criteria of World Health Organization that acute focal or comprehensive clinical picture of the neurologic deficits, with duration of clinical signs of the neurologic deficits last for more than 24 hours,and to rule out other non-vascular causes (such as primary brain tumor, brain metastases, subdural hematoma after seizures, paralysis, brain trauma, etc.), including cerebral infarction, parenchymal hemorrhage and subarachnoid hemorrhage;3. Onset time =14 days.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to complete the checker because of all sorts of signs (including language barrier); 2. Patients with A history of cognitive impairment; 3. Patients Can't cooperate with the follow-up; 4. Refusing to sign the informed consent form.
