Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: BPH/LUTS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Drug treatment exclusion criteria: (1)neurogenic bladder dysfunction, urinary tract infection, prostatitis, urethral stricture, bladder tumor, bladder or lower segment ureteral calculi, etc; (2) once received urethra or prostate surgery; (3) there is the absolute indications for surgery. Surgical exclusion criteria: (1) the Qmax > 20 ml/s; (2) neurogenic bladder dysfunction; (3) the history of urinary tract injury or once received or urethra prostate surgery; (4) confirmed with bladder calculi, tumors or cancer of the prostate; (5) confirmed urethral stricture or bladder neck contracture; (6) preoperative without at least 6 months of alpha blockers and 5 alpha reductase inhibitors combination therapy.
