Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Chronic hepatitis B patients with different severity of the disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.HCV or HIV co-infection; 2. Evidence of alcoholic liver disease , autoimmune hepatitisor decompensated cirrhosis; 3. Evidence of defective treatment.
