Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed by surgery or biopsy histology according to the Gold standard of children tumour.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. HIV positive finding in serum; 2. children with any connate disease or immunological diseases.
