Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with acute stress diseases (include severe pneumonia, acute coronary or cerebrovascular incidence, trauma, bone fracture, surgery operation) as experimental group;age and sex-matched, healthy or chronic disease in stable subjects as control group

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: history of impaired glucose tolerance or diabetes
