18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. selective renal transplantation male and female patients; 2. ASA physical status III or IV; 3. aged 18 to 60 years; 4. documented uremia; 5. without heart failure in three months, LVEF value > 50%; 6. without multiple organ failure, no history of opioid painkiller allergy. The same type of surgery is operated by the same group of doctors, and written informed consent was obtained from all enrolled patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. heart failure in three months; 2. severe liver lung and orther organ dysfunction; 3. administration of drugs affect heart function recently; 4. Patients unable to follow-up; 5. others is unsuitable for selected.
