Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Crowe IV type DDH patients udergoing total hip arthroplasty with small diameter acetabular implant and true acetabular reconstruction were included in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: non-Crowe IV type DDH patient; Crowe IV type DDH patients without small diameter implant and true acetabular reconstruction
