Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Person who to be more than 18 years old, no previous treatment for the Helicobacter pylori infection, not having a chronic decompensated, no use of anti-inflammatory or antibiotic drugs within 4 weeks prior to enrollment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients who were pregnant or breastfeeding, patients over 80 years or with a history of gastrointestinal surgery and patients with erosive esophagitis or users of low-dose aspirin. Patients with difficulty to understand the treatment or to report disease symptoms and adverse effects were also excluded. goat milk intolerance,significant systemic comorbidity and use of antibiotics within four weeks before the start of the study.
